With over 20 years experience with inspecting homes and renovating homes, Michael Del Greco is one of the most experienced, NJ  Home Inspectors. He teaches the NJ Home Inspector Licensing Program at the Morris County School of Technology, he is a Licensed NY  Home Inspector, a licensed New York Home inspector (license is not active so I am not performing inspections in NY at this time), certified to teach New York home inspectors,  is a Member of the American Society of Home Inspectors, a Member of Garden State ASHI a Member of Independent Home Inspectors of North America. When it is time to hire someone for your Home Inspection, you want Accurate Inspections, on your side.  John Martino recently joined the firm as a Licensed Associate Home Inspector. Prior to joining our firm John completed over 8,000 home inspections for insurance companies and months of intensive classroom training, on the job training and hundreds of inspections for our satisfied clients.  

Areas We Serve
Currently, we provide NJ home inspections, radon testing, well water testing and PWTA tests in Bergen, Essex, Passaic and Morris County in New Jersey.  For service outside Northern NJ we provide referrals to other firms who share a similar philosophy. We accept cash, check, money orders and advance payment by credit card or by PayPal.  When it is time to hire a Home Inspector, you want us on your side.

Let's put things in perspective: If you're buying a $350,000 home and the inspection fee is $600, that's .172% of the cost of the home!  The cost of a home inspection is a bargain! If the inspection turns up little wrong with the home (few do), you've bought some relatively inexpensive peace of mind.   If the inspection finds serious problems (most do), then the few hundred dollars you invest in our home inspection could end up saving you many thousands of dollars.
